North Louisiana Youth Symphony
The North Louisiana Youth Symphony Orchestra is starting its third year and will perform several concerts throughout the year, both as a string orchestra, full orchestra, and chamber ensemble. Presently, the NLYSO consists of students from the Ouachita Parish School System and the Monroe City School System (grades 7 – 12). The students and conductors of the North Louisiana Youth Symphony Orchestra are very proud to perform their first concert of the 2009-10 season at the Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival and look forward to performing at the Celtic Festival in future years.
